Four Bears Chardonnay
Sean Minor Four Bears Chardonnay reminds me of the story “Goldielocks and the Three Bears”, or should I say four? Not too buttery, not too mineraly and not too oaky, but just right. It strikes the perfect balance to serve to your guests at your next summer soiree.
The wine presents a lovely yellow straw color. On the nose the aromas are of White peach, caramel, spice, toast and browned butter. The palate is soft and easy with flavors of toffee, roasted mixed nuts with honey. A velvety, crisp and fruity medium body. Flavors are effortless, with well-integrated, medium tannins and moderate oak. This Chardonnay is decadent yet superbly balanced.
